We were initially given a smaller room, but after insisting, we were given a room on the roof with a very good view. The shared salon area and courtyard are gorgeous. The Classic Suite Room on the roof offers a panoramic view. The location is great and safe, with a parking lot nearby. Despite some minor maintenance issues, overall, we had a pleasant stay at Riad Naila & Suite. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The rooftop offers an unforgettable experience with its stunning views of ancient tombs, forts, and the city. The staff is exceedingly welcoming, and the room is kept clean and tidy. enjoying breakfast with a view is a one-of-a-kind opportunity.
The heater in the room was malfunctioning on the second night of our stay, causing the room to be exceptionally cold. It would have been better if the hotel staff had offered a solution to the problem.

The noise levels were quite high at night, which could be bothersome for light sleepers. the cold drinks weren't always served chilled, which was a little disappointing.
